  This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. I had to check in on a screen in the lobby and only ordered a fry and Carmel macchiato. It took them 15 mins just to complete that order. People were standing around, not fast food.

  Normally, this place is on top of it. Usually the orders come out faster than Chick-fil-A but some reason this week has been slow and I’ve had to sit and wait for my food at the drive-through for over 10 minutes or more. I don’t know what changed, but they’re suddenly really slow.

  We went through the drive through today at 12:30. The young lady at the window literally threw the food into our car (did not hand it to us) then slammed the window. No hello, have a good day just attitude. We were missing our coffee and trying to get her attention. 2 mins later she throws more food at us and we are trying to explain that she’s handing us someone elses order, we handed back the order but she started yelling at us “what did you order” we told her we are missing a coffee but she wouldn’t listen and kept yelling at us “what did you order?” She walked away cussing at us got her manager who was much nicer but the whole time she was standing there talking trash behind her manager. Afterwards we pulled away and they proceeded to hand the guy behind us the food that we had just touched (last I checked you can get shut down for that). I have never gotten service like that before, maybe focus less on flirting with the guy taking orders and pay more attention to your job

  I went through the drive through with my family and they messed up one of my sandwiches and also gave me the wrong one. When we went back inside the MOD was rude, careless and disrespectful. When we got our burgers back, one of them had no top bun. How the hell am I supposed to eat a burger with no top bun? Then we went back inside for a refund. and once again, the manager on duty was rude and didn’t apologize or barely acknowledge us. We got our refund for the sandwich but will never be going back. Do not go here. Very rude staff and horrible food. I’ve never been one to complain but this was absurd.

  Filing a formal complaint - I just experienced the most disgusting behavior at McDonald's I've ever experienced. I am paying for the food for myself and my wife in the vehicle being me. So the new cashier is having trouble, others walk up and everyone being playful with the issues - one girl walks up and starts looking at me horribly, says "there is no need to be rude", the new cashier says "no one is being rude, he is being playful about the payment". So I look at her and say "ma'am you need to calm down" she then proceeds to scream at me that the new cashier is a minor and she is very protective. I said what are you even talking about, my wife and family is in the car behind me?? She then tries to play it off by changing the subject, never apologized only attempts to laugh it off. Don't ever treat people like that and to be accused of something like that is absolutely disgusting. I will take this as absolutely high as I have to until I hear about this being addressed.
