The app marked the order as “delivered” long before the driver ever arrived, which was frustrating and misleading. The driver eventually called me and was clearly upset and frustrated because she was lost. Unfortunately, her tone on the phone was rude and confrontational, and she spoke to me as if it were my fault that she could not locate the house. I had to tell her that I would begin recording the call if she did not calm down. After that, the conversation improved slightly, but I ultimately had to drive to the main road to meet her because she still could not find the address. What makes this especially disappointing is that I worked for Domino’s in Colorado for 7 years, and I was genuinely astonished by the lack of professionalism and poor communication during this interaction. Customer service standards were nowhere near what I experienced or upheld during my time with the company. Between the inaccurate delivery status, the delay, and the way I was spoken to, this was a very poor experience overall. I will not be ordering again.

Can't get anyone to answer the phone when you call to ask about your order. On the website tracker they mark your order as delivered 5-10 minutes after its out of the oven, so you cant track when the estimated delivery will be even though you can see on the map the delivery driver just sitting in the parking lot. Making other deliveries is understandable for a wait, but being told your food got delivered an hour ago just to find out the driver hasn't even left the store? If you want delivery, go Moonlight. Otherwise choose literally any other store. (Update, the food just never arrived and the store closed)
