  App ordered my order incorrectly and staff called to confirm. Told staff how I wanted it and staff relayed incorrectly back to the cooks. Manager, Cody Turner, was rude, would not listen, said would not fix or refund. And told me to leave the establishment, refused to hear explanation, would not recommend Dominos under the management of Cody Turner.

  I had a really nice experience at this restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. Everything came out at a good pace, and the portion sizes were fair. The staff was friendly and attentive without being too much. The place was clean and had a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Overall, a great spot to enjoy a meal and I would definitely come back again.

  Ordered online. Given a 20 minutes wait, not bad. Its thursday, not even the weekend but I give them extra time just in case. Show up 40 minutes after I placed my order, thinking that giving them double the wait time would be more than sufficient, only to be told my order hadn't even been started. Was told it'd be another 20-30 minutes. Ain't no way it should take over an hour for 2 medium pizzas. And why have the tracker when it is so wildly off. I ended up canceling my order. I dunno if they are understaffed or just have bad management or systems, but there are other options in town. EDIT: the support email they tell you to write to isn't a valid email. Absolute insult.

  Placed an order, they said it would be 25 minutes, after waiting for 45 minutes I asked what was taking so long I saw my order finally pop up on the order screen......they hadn't even started it. If there was a no star option...there was another lady in there cuz it said here order had been finished, he hadn't even started that either! Someone needs fired asap!

  I have been waiting an hour and half for my order. Was told it would be delivered in 30-40 minutes. I am 5 minutes away. I called two times asking where my order was and if I could get a partial refund and was told no. I was told they were super busy. I ordered at 9:40 at night. Disappointed. The food was good and was still warm and the delivery person was kind. I paid over $50 for my food…they forgot my red pepper flakes and mustard dipping sauce. Hi there, I’m following up on a review I left regarding an order from last night, and I appreciate you reaching out and offering to make it right. I ordered from the Salida location. 150 E Rainbow, Blvd, Salida, CO 81201 I placed my order around 9:40 PM and was quoted a delivery time of 30–40 minutes. However, it ended up taking about an hour and a half to arrive, even though I’m only about 5 minutes away from the store. During that time, I called twice to check on the status of my order and also asked if a partial refund might be possible due to the delay, but I was told no and that the store was very busy, that there is new management and that they are low staffed. While I understand that things can get hectic, the long delay and lack of flexibility on resolving it in the moment was frustrating, especially for an order that totaled over $50. On top of that, a couple of items were missing (red pepper flakes and mustard dipping sauce). I do want to mention that the food itself was good and still warm when it arrived, and the delivery driver was kind, which I appreciated. That said, the overall experience didn’t match the expectations set when I placed the order. Since you mentioned you’d take care of this, I’d really appreciate any kind of resolution you can offer.
