  This Jimmy John's location in Rifle is hands down the best at what they do! The food was absolutely amazing—everything was fresh, perfectly prepared, and hit the spot. What really made the experience stand out was the atmosphere. I actually had the chance to meet the District Manager and "chop it up" with him for a bit. He is a very nice man—incredibly welcoming, polite, and clearly takes pride in how this location is run. If you're looking for a spot that combines great food with top-tier service and a friendly vibe, this is it. We’ll definitely be back! Also P.S. ( had to edit this because of the negative reviews) Nothing is perfect in life. Jimmy John's and other fast food corporations will always mess up at times. Most I see on here is door dash and grub hub, most of you complaining have the most ridiculous complaints. Instead of attacking this amazing Jimmy John's location stop ordering from 3rd party apps that are taking high sums of your money, and come directly into the store so you can communicate with the workers. 3rd party apps are known to fail, but to leave such hateful, petty reviews when this establishment is doing there very best is ridiculous. This is how communities fail, this how people lose there jobs, this is how less less good food establishments are shut down. Let's not turn Rifle into the next Aspen, where all good food is tossed out and expensive non community loving establishments are moved in, taking the jobs of these wonderful mountain communities. Thank you Jimmy John's for what you do, the hard workers that work day and night prepping and making food, we appreciate you and keep making them delicious sandwiches!

  As a big franchise store if you say you’re gonna be open Sunday, you should be open Sunday not claim you’re open and still take orders online disappointed I made an order drove into town all to find out theyre closed

  I placed an order online, and never received the delivery… I called the store and was told my order was picked up by a door dash driver. I opted to just cancel the order since 1. I didn’t order through door dash. 2. The store had no idea where my order was and asked me to come to the store and get my sandwiches remade… even though I paid for delivery. 3. They offered to cancel the order but made it clear they weren’t sure the tip would be canceled. I asked to cancel but never got a notification of the order being canceled. Not sure what happened to the in house delivery driver. I’ve ordered from this location before and did not have any problems. I’m not sure what happened, it seems I’m not the only person who has had this issue with the “door dash” delivery

  Woof, slowest Jimmy John’s we have ever event to. I wouldn’t review for this except that we go to JJ for the consistently fast service .. hoping they figure it out!
