She was very rude because I wanted to pay with Apple Pay, and she kept insisting that they didn’t accept that payment method. I told her that they did, and that I could see it right there, but she said she couldn’t reach far enough to take my phone (even though I’ve paid that way before without any problem). She was in a terrible mood and said that if the phone fell, it wasn’t her problem — in a very rude and disrespectful way. Worst customer service.
