    Went thru the drive-thru on Monday Feb 23, 2026 around 2pm ish. Excellent Service - disappointing food. I ordered a la carte the Chicken Ranch Wrap - it was not at all wrapped well because it completely fell apart and cheese and lettuce went all over the place. Also, there was barely any ranch dressing on the sandwich. Someone in the kitchen needs some training. The young man in the drive thru was very good and seemed to be happy with his job.

    the staff especially in the evenings/nights have been extremely rude when myself or my husband has gone there.

    Girl with long fake hair was very rude. Very bad attitude. Ignored us so someone else helped us.

    I've been hesitant to go to Wendy's - past visits have been substandard. Today, however, I am happy to say that I got a superb apple pecan chicken salad. It was wonderful and want the store to know it is heartily appreciated. Excellent service, as well. Thanks

    I went through the drive-thru to make a purchase, and the manager was the one who took my payment. She was very rude because I wanted to pay with Apple Pay, and she kept insisting that they didn’t accept that payment method. I told her that they did, and that I could see it right there, but she said she couldn’t reach far enough to take my phone (even though I’ve paid that way before without any problem). She was in a terrible mood and said that if the phone fell, it wasn’t her problem — in a very rude and disrespectful way. Worst customer service.
