  I hope this trash place goes out of business. Ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery. Never showed up after 2 hours. Called the store and was told they gave the order to door dash and someone may come pick it up. This owner failed at Baskin Robin's and they are failing at Jimmy John's. 🤡 🤡 🤡 🤡

  I ordered a sandwich at 1pm. I’m currently typing this passed 3pm without my sandwich. Who has a place that offers delivery if you’re going to use uber. I order asap and it’s been over two hours. Ridiculous! Edit- worker brought me my food after realizing Uber Eats failed at their mission. So thankful for him.

  I can not imagine anyone being a regular here. My first time here was a lousy experience all around. I chalked up to them maybe having a bad day. Giving them a second chance was a BAD IDEA and EVERYTHING about that experience will lead me to NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE. Something is wrong here. Ownership and management should be held accountable. Look at your reviews and tell me you’re not screwing your customers on the daily. THANKS FOR NOTHING

  They take forever. Have made 3 orders with this location using the app. Every time it has taken over an hour to get my sandwich. 3rd time, it was an 1 hour and 20 minutes before I called and just canceled my order. They told me to come in and get my order. LOL. Crazy. I'm done with the Rifle JJ.

  I should’ve read the reviews before stopping here. Jimmy John’s is an amazing franchise, but not here. We frequent Jimmy John’s often, but will never eat at this location again. Unfriendly staff, got our order totally wrong, the place was a mess. Definitely not representative of a great franchise location.
