Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
If there is an employee of the year award, it has to go to Geneva. This was my second time in a Whataburger and didn’t have any expectations except for a bite to eat. Not only was the food extremely fresh and delicious, but Geneva blew us away with her care both behind the counter and around the restaurant. If tipping culture was accepted at this establishment, she’d certainly earn it and more. 11/10 experience

I love Whataburger, so when I heard we were getting one, I was super excited! However what we got is not what I expect from such a great burger place. The dining room is tiny and cramped, yet they still seem unable to properly attend to the small number of families that actually fit in the building. The cashiers have all been nice when ordering, but if you have an issue with your order they suddenly get very interested in anything else other than you. Tried different menu items, with varying problems each time. And it's so expensive! I've gone with my family 3 times and it has been consecutively worse each time. Not planning another visit anytime soon. Oh, and do yourself a favor, stay away from their shakes.

Service needs to be a -10! We came to get lunch while my daughter was at an appointment. Usually we always come here every Friday and eat lunch while waiting for my daughter. Last week was horrible, today was the worse. First we get in line and had to wait almost 45 min to be helped. They even started to help others before us and we had to let them know we been sitting there for a long time. Finally, they take our order just to make it all wrong. Do they even know how to read an order on the screen. This is the third or fourth time our order was incorrect. Then, they have horrible customer service. They are so rude and wanted to make it our fault for their mess up. Refused to give us a refund and just wanted us to wait another 20 mins for them to remake everything. This whole time we picked up my daughter late from her appointment. We didn’t even get to eat lunch and had to just throw everything away. Hopefully, north side will be better because I am never going back here. This is the worst fast food in all of Pueblo. Again, very rude employees!!!

I've been twice. First time there were about 5 customers inside and 2 other cars in the drive thru. Wait time was 20 minutes and my order was wrong. Second time about 3 customers inside and no one else in the drive thru. The food came out 40 minutes later. They kept saying it would be just a few more minutes. When we did get it, part of the order was wrong. Very frustrating. Not worth giving business to this location.

I had a really disappointing experience at Whataburger. We’re from Texas, so this was especially upsetting for us since we know how good it’s supposed to be.
First, the employee refused to make coffee, which was already frustrating. What made it worse was that he clearly had time — he came outside and spent about 5 minutes talking and laughing with someone who appeared to be his teacher, but couldn’t take a moment to make a simple coffee order.
Then we were told there would be an extra $2 upcharge with no clear explanation. On top of that, they said they were out of grape jelly.
Unfortunately, it got worse when we got home. My breakfast on a bun was clearly old — the cheese had hardened and looked almost jelled. My husband’s burrito was limp, greasy, and barely had any filling.
Overall, the service was poor and the food quality was unacceptable. This was a very disappointing experience, especially coming from loyal Whataburger fans.
