  I went in last night around 8:15, 45 minutes before closing and when i got to the register the worker rudely told me they weren’t serving any bowls or food, when all i wanted to order what one of the new boba bowls. I was shocked to know that 45 minutes before closing they were no longer serving over half the menu. If this is policy I wish it would have been posted somewhere because I was looking forward to trying the new boba bowl.

  I am not sure of she is the manager at our local location. But she is very rude and has a bad attitude with my wife and I every time we ent in she has that attitude like we don't belong there. There are the guys who work there and they are great and a couple of the women are great and polite. But the one with long blonde hair and glasses and is very tall should not be there. Or at least be retrained for her personality and respect to customers.

  The açaí bowl is immaculate. Always made to perfection! 10/10. My husband really enjoys the Chicken Bacon Ranch flatbread as well. This is my go to place when I want something sweet but healthy.

  I love going here. I love to create my own mix and match health drinks. I come here at least once a week. Staff is very friendly. Especially Elizabeth. She is always so friendly and sweet and she makes the best drinks. Danon is nice too.

  Went in, ordered a drink, paid (but didn't tip), then went to the bathroom. On the way out of the bathroom I hear "this is the one who didn't tip." Followed by snickering. Then "if you are too broke to tip, then maybe you shouldn't be ordering drinks and stay home." Same female voice and the other girl is laughing. Now there's no way I trust they didn't spit in the cup or something. Called the manager later that same day and was told "that doesn't sound like them. They wouldn't do that." Asked for a credit (not a refund) and was flat out told "No. Is there anything else I can help with?" Hung up even more angry. 1st - If your staff expects a tip for doing the minimum requirements of THEIR JOB, then they should go above and beyond to EARN a tip. 2nd - Pay your staff a reasonable wage so they don't EXPECT tips, and coach them to not be ungrateful. 3rd - Get a manager who believes in their staff, but not to the point to call a customer a liar over an $8 smoothie. Don't need a refund or credit any longer. We will never be returning.
