  This is not the fault of the workers. 5 stars to them. The employees here are friendly and fantastic, above and beyond. Great people, wonderful service. But their hands are tied by policies like the following: Two stars because eating here feels like financial grift. 3 tablespoons of beans for 1.69. That has to be a mistake, right? The app shows you getting a full bowl for that price. I told the amazing, nice and professional drive thru guy that I ordered it because it showed a full container, but it comes with 1/4 inch in the bottom. I asked him if he could fill it and he said he was really sorry but that was what they were told to give. Veggie bowl for 9 bucks barely fills a bit more than half the container, and constitutes half a meal, where the app shows a full bowl. This isn't just an issue with Taco Bell, unfortunately. I'm starting to learn to cook better meals at home because I can make a huge batch of dry beans with spices for 2.00, and homemade rice for the same. 4 bucks to feed me for days, or 8 bucks for half a meal. But I don't always have time for that. Taco bell food is actually rather tasty, but it's just so expensive for what it is. A star for the employees, a star for the taste, a lack of stars for the fact that I cried into my veggie bowl because I was just so hungry, and it cost so much.

  The food is always good quality from this location, but the service has consistently declined. I placed a mobile order that was placed on the counter, ready, just as I got there at 3:38pm. However, nobody spoke to me as I waited for over 20 minutes. Don't come here if you're wanting anything in a timely manner.

  This place has literally human feces in the parking lot, homeless people’s trash and half eaten food scattered across the entrance, and their bathrooms are always “out of order”. Literally went in there for happy hour: they didn’t have flavors advertised, and got my order last amongst people with more complicated orders, after I get a substitute he tells me there’s no straws😒. Dude at least give a large at the happy hour price at that point 😂🤷🏾‍♂️no customer service skills. Ended up getting a straw and eating at the subways across the street. Way cleaner and better supplied

  Mmmm so I ordered two nacho fries and got a nacho fry and two potato wedges. you can make us wait 45 minutes for our preordered food- but you can’t use 5 of the 30 you took to prepare for the online order that’s been available? Absolutely unforgivable to REPLACE it without asking or letting us no one was out.
