    I ordered me and my girlfriend 2 ft long for her break 30 minutes beforehand, we went to go pick it up and ended up waiting another 30 minutes. The woman that was working there didn't apologize, she said " I have other sandwiches to make" and there was literally only one other person there. We got our food, my girl was late to work and couldn't eat. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, all that was on there was chicken ,cheese ,onions and ranch 💀. Not our first issue with this place and the employees are extremely rude, would not recommend. Today I waited an hour for two sandwiches 💀

    Natalie was the only employee when we arrived. She had orders coming in online, and she took very good care of us. As we sat an ate our food more people came in and she was able to serve them as well. And she did all of this with a smile. You have an amazing employee in Natalie! I didn't get any photos but sandwiches at Subway are always amazing and consistent.

    I went in to try and use the deal buy 1 footlong and get another free. I have a gift card that has under a $1.00 on it. The card is bent so after I swiped it. It was not accepted. And they could not let me know how much money is on the card. So it is basically a worthless card. I am glad I do not have more money on the card. The website did not accept a gift card. Only a credit card. Then I spoke to lady named Mica. I was told she is the manager. She told me the that the Subway App accepts the gift card. So I spent $15.00 for a new gift card. I tried to use the Subway App and it did not accept a gift card. Only a credit card. So I explained what happened to Mica and told her I just want my money back. She then contacted the owner by text message. Likely never letting the owner know what happened. And just sent him a message that was very short 'can we do a refund on gift cards'? Mica then told me no refund. She would not let me speak to the franchise owner. I may try and contact corporate. There was never a thank you after i gave them my money. Either way I will never spend my hard earned money at that place again. And there is no customer survey on the receipt. Also, the owner does not read and respond to the customer Google reviews. That means the owner(s) do not care about customer reviews.

    This red head guy is working tonight. He's slow, like really slow it's taken him 30 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. He keeps going in the back and comes out coughing. Probably hitting his marijuana pen back there. Idk just really poor service. No sense of urgency whatsoever..

    🥪 Public Shout‑Out... 📣 TO A DISGUSTING SERVICE “Heads up, Subway, 965 W U.S. Hwy 50 #140, Pueblo, CO 81008... . Your staff tonight needs a reminder on food etiquette & safety. . Your staff is, walking around with their Phone in their hands, bare hands, No Gloves, touching on everything, then wiping off their face, then trying to make sandwiches, is not ok. Especially with my Germophobia. I don't want your germs or any possible virus going around. . We respect hard‑working employees, but clean hands and gloves aren’t optional. They're a requirement. Why you would think anything else is beyond me. Please tighten it up for the sake of the community you serve.” Pueblo Department of Public Health and Environment, these are the type of people you should be regulating & not "Good Standing" Nonprofits that serves our Community.
