  Paid 13 dollars for this 2B becon qtr cheese meal. Missed the bacon! And the build is like some leftover put together ! If this is an art work I can tell the pain and agony the artist tries to express. But considering it was made during lunch time turned it to a gray comedy. Modern Time man.

  Have had several issues with this location- usually order a classic Big Mac pack- 2 Big Macs, 20 pc nugget and 2 fries- always ask for my nuggets and fries to be made to order aka fresh- for multiple weeks in a row had the issue where they don’t count out the right amount of nuggets.. would think it be simple enough to count out 20 nuggets yet multiple times get less then 20 in my box.. the first thing i do is check if the food is fresh and count out my nuggets.. 1st week this happened got my nuggets replaced.. 2 weeks later when I ordered the usual, I get another box of less then 20 nuggets and 2 Medium fries that had only scooped equal to small fries.. wasn’t happy about that! Call and speak to the manager sunny, she seemed nice on the phone and said don’t worry about it I’ll write your name down and you can come get your food.. the next weekend I stop by and have an issue when the other manager Marissa can’t find it written anywhere she says I called sunny and she don’t remember it either.. ( if Sunny would have wrote it down to begin with would have solved the issue instead of lie to the customer) Then Marissa has a poor attitude says she recalls me be there the other week replacing nuggets and she refused to help.. and starts having an disgusting attitude with me cause of it.. ( not my fault I’ve had the issue multiple times, and not the employee messing the food order up either where maybe she should direct her nasty attitude at not me!) she tries to justify not helping me since she replaced food once weeks ago on a the first order that was messed up, instead of apologizing I’m having the similar issue on another order weeks later.. aka not the same order..Some of the managers seriously need to be retrained at this location on customer service! Next time they say they will put the name in the book I feel like asking them to email a picture to verify they did so.. so beware if you get sunny saying she will write your name down, then get the poor excuse of we can’t find it written down anywhere excuse..

  Horrible service. Dirty lobby. The workers there seem a little off but you might have to be to work there. One of the worst McDonalds I have been to and will not go to this one ever again. We spent about $28 for two of us, Food was cold. Service was basically non existent. Drive thru might be better but my guess is they will park you.

  Basically I went in there and I was playing music before I went in there and I turned it off like before I went to the store like in the middle area and before I knew it they had the security guard standing over top of me saying that I need to leave and that I basically creating a disruption and unfortunately, I only have one arm so it's kind of hard for me to do stuff like order or just little things like you don't really realize it until you lose an arm. well basically I was told that I had to leave the store because I was being disruptive and I had my ticket to pay for it and he let me pay for it and he said do me a favor and make sure you leave when you get your food I said all right whatever and they gave my food and I was trying to put it in my bag and my pants are kind of sagging and he said can you do me a favor please and pull up your pants I said can you please do me a favor and try to tie your pants with one arm I said it's hard out here bro I said I'm homeless and I just lost my wife I said I don't have anybody to help me. So how about next time you're at home trying to tie your pants only one arm. Of course he didn't care he laughed it off but it's just sad how people have to treat people like I have never stole from these places or did other things the homeless people do but they treated me like I'm just a horrible person I literally went back to my van and cried all night because it's so hard out here and people don't realize how evil they are and yeah I'm sure he's still harassing everyone who doesn't look the part he wears a stupid cowboy hat and he acts like a police officer

  Seeming as how this is the THIRD time I paid for a 10 piece nugget and got 9 nuggets, I now think this may very well be an intentional way for this location to cut costs with no accountability. I tried to be understanding but I am tired of being gypped. They also rarely give sauce or honor requests for light ice. I won't be back.
