  4/10/26 - 10:37am - ordered a fish sandwich combo. At the window I was told, “MOVE TO SPACE #1” by your staff member. I said, “last week I was told to “Move to a parking space and I didn’t get half my order. I’m not moving, I will stay here until I get my order. When we order multiple meals, we want to eat as a family, not get home and discover that half my order is missing.” Then your manager with green streaks in her hair came to the window and I explained what happened last week and I didn’t get a refund or the food. Your Manager was nasty and slammed the drive up window in front of me!” When I got home, my FISH SANDWICH WAS OLD AND FULL OF GREASE!!! It was not fresh as I requested. I called the store and no one answered the phone. Your problem with your restaurants is that you want every customer to PARK TO THE SIDE, while the order is being made and they still get it wrong!!!! No customer should have to come all the way back to the store to pick up food that should have been in the bag to begin with!!! All your MANAGERS CARE ABOUT IS THAT DAMN CLOCK ON THE WALL THAT CLOCKS EACH CUSTOMER AT THE DRIVE UP WINDOW!!! WHO’s fault is this? It’s Napier Enterprises fault!!! It’s obvious that your company doesn’t give a DAMN about CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT SHOWS!!! I asked your manager about the clock above the window, “it messes up your time for me being at the window and she said, “Yes and there’s other customers who ordered drinks and food behind you and your holding up the line.” What about this customer (ME) in front of you???? What am I, am I not a customer waiting for my food too? It’s called people behind me has to wait there turn, something that was taught in Kindergarten!!! There was another car in front of me who pulled up waiting for their order and the driver exited his car and went inside to get their order!!! McDonald’s is the ONLY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT THAT TELLS THEIR CUSTOMERS TO “MOVE OVER!!!”” WTH is going on that customers have to MOVE OVER OR ASIDE????? I requested a fresh fish sandwich because in the past I’ve received a NASTY GREASY ONE BEFORE!!! Napier Enterprises you need to train your staff and especially the MANAGER, that all customers matter!!! As for the OLD GREASY FISH SANDWICH, your manager should eat it!!!! Such a DISGUSTING OLD SANDWICH WAS SERVED TO ME!!! What are you going to do about this? Pueblo County Health Department needs to pay McDonald’s a visit and I don’t have a problem filing a complaint with them!!!

  The food was made to perfection for a fast food this Mc donalds specifically does above and beyond their pay!!! They are Exceptional in every way!. The workers love their job and we were order number 667 and they were still in an awesome mood! If I have to choose out of all the Mc donalds I've been to in all my life this would be my favorite!!!:) Aka I'm 40yr's old.

  Ordered 3 Arch meals. Two of the burgers were raw! And fry’s were cold. We requested a refund and they took the food back possibly to show the cooks. One Arch had a regular bun. We left with nothing because it turned our stomach to bite into raw meat.

  All the employees are very helpful and friendly. The play area needs AC uts currently 84 outside and it feels cooler outside than in the play area. The dinning room is cold why not the play area where kids are running. Every kid was red faced dripping sweat and complaining about the heat.

  Terrible service! Went in tonight around 6pm. Girl at the register acted annoyed having to take my order then when she handed me my receipt I told her thank you and she said nothing back and went back towards the kitchen. When I got my order the fries were tossed in the bag upside down and were spilled in the bag, the container for the nuggets wasn't closed it was just tossed in there. Fries were undercooked. Makes a guy wonder if they really care when they handle your food? I won't be coming back to this location again.
