  Every time I order a burger that I request "additional items" ie: pickles, onions etc. they always ignore it and doesnt even add them. The bun is always stale; looks, tastes and feels like its been sitting out for hours. And you still cant just put on the special order someone requests.

  I’m so irritated every single time I go to this particular McDonald’s they never get anything right you ask for sauces at the drive thru , you pay for food and don’t get sauces or even your whole order they have never got anything right . Please check your bags before driving off. Paid a lot of money for food and didn’t even get it all

  Meat is not cooked frys are soggy Soda is out. When I call the location they dont answer

  This is a very good McDonald's, it was clean, neat and bright. The lady cleaning was very nice and she kept things clean including the restrooms. Everything was in good shape and they have lots of seating. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and did a great job in getting people their meals in a timely fashion. Customer service seemed to be an important thing here. There was a constant and varied flow of people and it did not matter who it was they were treated well and with a smile. Wish all of Ronald's stores were like this one!
