    Slow service. With more employees than customers I should got my sub in less than 10 minutes. Sub still great.

    Ordered ahead through the app 15 minutes before arriving to give them time to make it. Then sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting for the sandwiches. Not worth the money or the time which is unfortunate cause have liked Jimmy John’s in the past.

    So today at 9:28pm April 18 2026 i came by the jimmy john’s to get my sandwich and first off i pulled to the speaker and why was the employee so disrespectful and got rude after we asked a question about a sandwich didn’t speak up after i told her “excuse me i can’t hear you” she just continued being rude and giving attitude then i get to the window and why is the first thing i hear is music about DRUGS the young lady came up to the window said our total 30.64 she took our money gave us our change and walked off saying something rude under her breath and all we can hear from the car is laughing and drug music after we were waiting the other young lady came to give us our food and was rude didn’t say have a good night or anything just gave it out and rolled her eyes these lady’s need to be held accountable for their behavior if they hate their job so much they should just quit

    Every time we order delivery from here it’s a disaster, we wait 2 hours one time and then they try to help by giving us free things just to finally get the order and it be messed up, this last time we order online and wait an hour and call and they tell us they don’t have any delivery drivers. This place is so horribly run I don’t understand how it’s still in business.

    Did not get the sandwich I ordered. Didn’t notice till I go home. I called and the girl didn’t even answer the phone correctly. Just said “hello” and I said, “Is this Jimmy John’s?” So that was my first clue. She told me her manager wasn’t there and he would call me the next day. She told me I had to return the sandwich. He never called so 4 days later I called them. He said he never received the note to call. He said he fixed it and my money would be refunded in 72 hours. It’s been over a week and no refund. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend.
