Tried to go there about 20 minutes until close (yes, I understand it's a bit rude, but hear me out). All I wanted was a frosty. Just a basic, small chocolate frosty because my husband is in the hospital and has been for the last few days.
I roll up to the drive through and they don't acknowledge me at all. I KNOW they saw me - the girl definitely did when I was driving by the drive through window to go around to get into the drive through lane. I sit there for 5 minutes and politely say out loud: "I know you guys close in 15 minutes now. I'm sorry that I came late, but I promise, all I want is a small chocolate frosty. Please."
And I hear the speaker click twice, but no answer. After another 5 minutes, another car rolls up behind me. I decide to drive around to the main windows and look in and the girl and the guy are just standing inside, talking. They look at me, shake their head, and wave for me to drive away.
I get it, it sucks having people come late, but I work retail too; we aren't allowed to close our gates until 7:00pm. If a customer comes up at 6:59pm, we have to help them, even if it means staying until 7:10pm. I didn't even show my up that late.
