I go there all the time but i think after today im done three times ive ordered the chili and they either keep forgetting or tell me theyre out after ive paid and said to come back for a large chili and you give me a small as reconciliation?? What about what I payed for??

I eat here just about every single day for lunch. If you’re going to charge for extra sauce, make sure the sauce is in the bag. Nothing’s more frustrating than paying for extra and not getting what I asked for. I think it’s stupid I have to pay for Sauce anyways it should be given with every meal PERIOD.

I have 2 complaints... the lady at the drive threw windows around 6 30 pm on October 28 who has extreamly long hair who was also handling food and drinks hair was going every where blowing in and on bags of food... I really think that her hair she be put up and managed better. Also why are yall changing 54 cents per sauce so your telling me I gotta pay 1.08 for 2 of them something is just not right I will be taking this to corporate

The lady gave my food to the people in front of my then just sat there blaming the people she gave it to. She remade my frosty gave to me had me park and the. After 10 minutes my husband had to go back in to get our food so now the frosty is melted she did not give us a spoon . Never apologized just blamed the other customer
