    Usually it's pretty quick and simple with this place. Order on the app, go in any pick it up. Easy. Yesterday's visit was absolutely terrible. I ordered my drink with no sugar and we could very clearly tell it had sugar in it. It was way sweeter than normal. I asked for them to be remade, only to have the "manager" refuse to remake them and then try to gaslight me, saying she made them herself and she is sure she didn't put sugar. I wasn't asking for a refund, just for the drinks to be remade. This lady absolutely refused to make it right. I'm getting a refund from corporate added to my account, but all of this could've been avoided by just remaking the drinks. From previous reviews, it looks like this is a pattern of behavior from this particular manager. Here's customer service 101, lady. If a customer asks for something to be redone, just do it. Is that $20 coming directly or of your pocket? No. Accidents happen. But when they do, be humble and make it right.

    Came into tropical smoothie at 8:15 to get a acai bowl lady at the front desk was super rude and told me that they do not serve food after 8:30 due to cleaning but they do not close tell 9:00 and I arrived before 8:30 cleaning should be after you close down your shop if regular business hours are until nine, then you serve customers till then Pueblo already shuts down way to early.

    Went this morning to my local shop in Pueblo Colorado at 7:50 am to get something before work. Door says opens at 7 am. Door was locked..staff inside just looking at me. Guess you're doing such a great business, you didn't need mine!

    Ordered through DoorDash. Got charged twice. The order was never placed because the restaurant was having “system issues.” Okay, things happen. Was told I could pay cash instead. Went back to my car to get cash. Returned… only to be told they can’t take cash either. Plot twist. When I showed the manager a bank transaction proving we had already paid $40, I asked if they could simply give us one smoothie to resolve the issue. Her response? She hung up the phone. Called back to ask how to escalate the issue and get a regional manager’s contact. I was told she is the highest manager. When I asked how to escalate beyond that, I was told to use the SMS system. When I asked how to access it, I was told to “look it up on the internet yourself.” Outstanding hospitality. No customer recovery skills. No conflict resolution. No accountability. Still no resolution, just two charges and zero smoothies. If you’re craving frustration with a side of sarcasm, this is your spot. Otherwise, I’d suggest going literally anywhere else.

    We had a reward on the app for a free smoothie. It says it expires on 12-21-25. The employee VERY rudely said, "We're not doing that. " I pointed out that it says it expires on the 21st and it is currently the 20th. The employee very rudely said, no, you can't get it. One of the employees was understanding, and she was the one helping us, but the rude one jumped in and very abruptly denied us from using our reward. She made our first visit here very unpleasant.
