Ever ingredient was fabulous and went together incredibly well. I had to slow myself down it was so good and Chad was so friendly and helpful in choosing what to order. The passion is palpable from the service and friendliness to the whole plate of food. Hands down the best food I've had in Pueblo and the best sandwich I have had probably ever.

My favorite burger was beef as well, to anyone who thinks plant based food will always taste odd or never as good as the food we traditionally see it as, let the Pueblo burger they serve here prove you wrong. I have yet to try anything else on the menu but the Pueblo burger is such a magnificently balanced bite that I don’t know if I can ever get anything else.
