  I want to say this was my first time at cutting board and this review isn’t meant to come off negative but more of a recommendation… I got the hillside sandwich. I honestly came in with no idea this place was plant based so that was new to me.. I’ll say that the environment and everything went well, the sandwich was delicious!! The only thing that bothered me was I paid $17 for a sandwich that had light contents. If you’re going to do a veg sandwich..I expect to have more than a small sprinkle of veggies. I felt like I got cheated big time. It was more like a cheese sandwhich . Otherwise I’d say this place was impressive.. the flavors were yummy. Just need more to make me a return customer.

  Great spot to get vegan food in Pueblo! I went there after a long day at the sand dunes and it was just way I needed! The cucumber quinoa wrap was refreshing, and the cauliflower wings were yummy as well! The service was super fast and the guys were really nice. Definitely recommend :)

  This place is a dream come true! Everything on the menu is amazing. The quinoa wrap was so tasty and filling, I literally dream of it. The staff is friendly and everything is made with so much love. The atmosphere of fuel and iron is great, open, bright, comfy and offers outdoor seating as well as games, a full bar, kid corner and more. It's such a joy to be able to find healthy vegan options in town and in this community led food hall! Highly recommend!!
