I was the only one at the counter so they couldn’t miss me. While waiting heard one employee talk so negatively about customers, loudly, it was kind of shocking. I like Taco Bell but willing to drive to another location for better service.

Parents ordered combos(which come with drinks) and their fountain drinks are down, they had no water, all that was working was the freeze drinks. If all of your machines are down, you shouldnt be upcharging your customers for the only working drink machine you have. The manager got attitude about it, rolled her eyes, and walked away mid conversation.
