I placed my order online. I get home to see the sandwich I ordered was the wrong one and didn't have any of the veggies I requested. How in the world can you mess up a sandwich order!! $14 for a sandwich I wouldn't give my dogs to eat. I'm beyond livid!!

Person was very nice. But there were no vegies or meat cut. She was the only one there and stated she didn't have time to cut food. Nearly $40 for my food and it was horrible.

This subway location is the worst. They only have one employee working, and there’s a long line of customers waiting, along with numerous DoorDash orders. I had to wait for the employee to finish all the delivery orders, which took more than 40 minutes. Eventually, I had to leave and go to another place because she wouldn’t take our orders until she finished the DoorDash deliveries. This situation is completely unacceptable. I don’t blame the employee; I blame the store management for failing to hire enough qualify staff or take action to resolve this issue.

If I could give a zero star, I would. First, we pulled up at 8;15 pm. to get something to eat, and we were greeted by the most rude employee I have ever seen. We pulled up and got out of our truck, and the employee came out and sat down outside of the restaurant. She began to tell me that we could park in front of the store, to which my response was ok. She then stated that they could not take credit card and could only take cash, to which my response was ok again, she then said I will be in there in a minute while she continued to sit on the ground and smoke her cigarette. I walked inside and waited for her to come in. I kept looking for her, and she continued to make me wait while she smoked. I then got tired of waiting for her and walked out. I told her on the way out that she had the worst customer service. All she did was shrug her shoulders and continued to smoke her cigarette. Her next response was to me was "I told you I would be in a minute." This is very bad customer service. I will never stop at this place again! We told her that we were going to report this to Corporate, and all she could do was flip us off as we drove off. Something needs to be done! Horrible!

Meal was order online. I arrive at the time it was supposed to be ready. It was not, then was informed they were out of the bread we ordered, anf all bread but 2, the sauce and veggie. Took another 15 minutes to get order. Tables and counters needed to be cleaned. Then got home realize the two girls were to busy talking to actually put any sauce on it even though I asked repeatedly!!!! 😢
