First off I want to start with this place was amazing but what was the most amazing part was my experience with a young lady named Jasmine i went there around 8 30ish just me and my son who has special needs she greeted us with a beautiful smile and a warm welcome we didnt know what we wanted so we looked through the different choices she was patient and helpful we are not from pueblo we were just passing through i had told her what I wanted and normally I ordered my son's food because he is autistic and nonverbal but before I could get to that part she looked at my son and asked him what he was feeling like my friend now to most this may not be special but I have never been somewhere that they ask my son what he wants my son is 29 and cant speak but jasmine did not put that against him she look to me and said I have the the time and I would love to get what he wants right and that put a tear in my eye ive been having the most hard year of my life and for someone to look at my son with hope and passion took me away my son pointed to everything he wanted things ive never put on his sandwich and he loved it she talked to me and my son and she waited for the little noises he would make she seemed to understand my son in the fullest ways this company is blessed to have a amazing soul like hers and I hope if this message ever gets to her I hope she know how great she made me and my son feel and I would gladly drive back down there just to have another conversation with her thank you jasmine!

Worst Subway I have ever been too. Only one worker the with is 20 minutes. On at least four occasions I have went in there and they are out of key ingredients. How is it possible to have a sub shop and be out of all bread or not able to take any form of payment. Honestly this store is filthy and a waste of space

Just went here and what a joke. I've never gotten such a sloppy made foot long Ever. Cheap as hell with the toppings. Left half of the shit on the counter instead of the sandwich. Sloped the sauce all over the cup and counter and NO attempt to even clean it up. $30+ for the shittiest food ever eaten. Well didn't even eat it.

This place has turned around a lot. The employees have gone beyond for my order in store and online. There was hiccups in the beginning but a lot has changed! The employees at night are amazing! I had an order of 7 footlongs and they didn't even give a glare a sigh or any type of attitude they just made it happen! I would truly love to thank the 2 employees I dealt with tonight. Huge shout out to Sabrina and David. Truly wonderful employees they will go above and beyond to make sure your order is the way it needs to be done either in person or online! I highly suggest going at night the day crew do not care like these 2 employees do.
