  Seriously disappointed in the decision to switch from Coke to Pepsi products, and to take out the green tea. This leaves me with nothing I can drink. Also, the pizza disappointed. The flavor was off. We have always loved coming to eat here. However, tonight has really disappointed. Service was good as always.

  Pizza Ranch is always the best. Every year on Veterans Day we go to Pizza Ranch. They really treat everyone so good. Every thing we eat there is very good. Salad var, chicken, pizza, desserts, ice-cream, French fries, mashed potatoes and gravy, and stuffing. There is do much more. We sometimes order and pickup. Our favorite place.

  This was my first fried chicken pick up order from here. I was very nervous because iam use to going to kfc or Popeyes however my husband wanted something different and the 2 other places I mentioned have left us feeling bloated and heavy after eating their chicken and the taste of their biscuits have went down hill. I ordered 8 pieces of all white fried chicken and 6 piece biscuits. With the deal online I spent 26 something. I drove 15 min home and the food was still hot and was very happy with the taste. No feelings of bloating. Both my husband and I were very pleased and will continue to order online and pick up!! Thanks pizza ranch for the great food!! Keep up the good work!!

  There wasn’t any food except for the salad bar, mashed potatoes and corn. Everything else was gone. There wasn’t even and spoons or cups/bowels for ice cream! After paying over $25 for one adult and one child. I thought about asking for a refund. Got a pizza made bc that’s the only way to get any food. With that ring said it was disgusting. She’s 6 so it must have been terrible. Being a Buffett you’d think they would keep fresh food or food at all. The chicken if you can get any is good but idk if we will be back this is the second time this has happened.

  We’ve been going for years and up until a year or so ago we were always happy. The staff was on top of it and they were friendly. We never had plates stacked up. Never had an issue finding a clean table when coming in. Lately. Like the other day we went and it was full. Many families were allowed to pay to eat buffet yet there were zero tables available to eat at. Someone should be monitoring this and ensuring you don’t let people pay and just wander aimlessly hoping one of the young staff members who is just standing there chatting with friends at other tables will do their job and clear a table for you. I had to ask a girl who was just hanging out on the job to do her job and clear a table just so we could eat after 5 min looking and waiting. I witnessed Many other families have the same problem. I witnessed one guy go the the manager who had been on the floor the entire time seeing the chaos in the dining area and do nothing, tell him there’s 5 tables dirty, no one’s at and many people waiting for said tables yet no one was clearing them. It wasn’t until a customer called him out that he started telling the employee to clean the tables and then ran around himself clearing them. Ridiculous!
