    Did they remake my 2 pizzas that they made wrong the first time? Yes. So why the one star review? Well, when I called, I had let them know that my 2 pizzas and cheese bread were not to my satisfaction. They asked that I bring in the one pizza and that they would give me a 20oz drink and a pesto on the side to add to my second pizza (after they cook the new one for 20 minutes and I drive for 10, making the original pizzas 30 minutes colder.) I pushed back and they said the "best they could do" was to make the 2 pizzas the right way. Fine. And they let me keep the 2 pizzas I had brought back to show them. Fine. This however doesnt fix the inconvenience of me going to the same restaurant twice to get what I ordered (in the app mind you, in plain English that should be read for every single order so these kinds of mistakes aren't made). Nothing they did was making me want to come back to the Hut. I assume, based on my experience, that the 20oz drink would've broken the bank, and that they didnt care about my experience, only that I gave them my money. I had last had PizzaHut like 4 years ago, and it will be another few years before I forget this experience and go back. The wings, which I have yet to mention, were a "dry rub" but they had 0 flavor and I was not going to tell them because its clear they are unappetizing. Maybe the "best they can do" is either making the food right the first time, or giving some kind of token of appreciation to the customer who makes it home, gets disappointed in the food, and takes the time enough to contact them to see what can be rectified. Making the food right the second time does not make me a happy customer.

    The pizza tasted very off. The crust was weird tasting and I knew when I saw those sausage labeled as “pork” that something might have changed. I am sad we spent so much money on it.

    The app screwed up my address and they outsourced my delivery to doordash. When the doordash driver got to the wrong address he called me. I told him the correct address but apparently that was too hard to figure out because he asked me to text it to him, which i did. Apparently that was till too hard to figure out and he took my food back to the restaurant. I live like 5 minutes from the store and maybe 3 from the wrong address that was given to doordash. There is no reason that 30 minutes after I was notified my order was on the way I still have no food. When I called the store the only solution they offered was a refund which takes up to 3 days. It was my last 50 bucks so now I cant even order from a different dining establishment. It's usually great food and great service but this experience has cost them a customer.
