  Only giving one star to give this review. I went through the drive through and ordered a number 9 Meal with an apple pie when I got to eat the food it was the complete wrong order they gave me a hot and spicy and chicken nuggets no apple pie. When I called the staff member who answered the phone was rude and said that there is nothing they can do because I don't have a receipt. So now I paid for food I didn't get and I was really wanting the apple pie. Even got my drink wrong after the lady at the window stated it was the drink I ordered.

  I chose drivev so I didn't have to wait yet I still nl had to wait associate just gave bag no words hate southside McDonald's always rude

  Worst McD's I have ever had in my life. Drive-thru handed me a cup with the lid not all the way on a coke dripping all over the side. Parked me for a McDouble meal and the fries and nuggets were old and cold and my burger meat was burnt. I couldn't even eat this crap. What was the point in parking me for old, cold, disgusting food?! Never again!!!

  Had a great experience at the drive-thru! The line moved quickly, the staff was friendly and professional, and my order was 100% accurate. Food was fresh, hot, and exactly how I asked for it. You can tell the team is working hard and staying organized, even during busy hours. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s drive-thru experiences I’ve had. Keep up the great work!

  Ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes. Asked for extra butter and syrup as I always do. Never in my life had a problem with that request. The girl had an additude. Looked disgruntled from the start. She nodded ok. She hands me the bag. I go to drive off and notice she didn't give the extras to me. So I backed up "no one was in line but me" and she looked like those types of girls that just walk around everyday pissed off. Well that was what I was greeted with. I ask so can I get the extra pk of syrup and more butter? They gave me 2 butter. She closes the window walks away. Then comes right back and says the Mgr says they don't give out extra syrup. So what if I was willing to buy it? Nope just no extra syrup. Weird Ive always been given it when Ive asked over the last 30 years. Either the girl is a liar or the Mgr is just as bad as her. With charging customers 4x the amount of what these items should be you'd expect an extra syrup wouldn't be an issue. Bad Mgr or bad employee.. Side note I hardly ever go to McDonald's but every now and then I'll go. This reminds me why I don't patronize these places.
