  I had very friendly, helpful, and quick service and the food was very good. In addition. I misplaced my cell phone and Marisa, the manager and another worker went wayout of their way to help me locate it. I did finally find it and really appreciate how kind and helpful they were. Thank you so much.

  Worst place ever service is sooooo slow, they get my orders wrong every time I go, I have to wait at least 30-40 minutes for food

  So i called before leaving from pueblo west if they sell the mcdonald's toys separately from the meal, they girl on the phone said yes we do I said awesome I'll be right there and I get the told them at the desk I'd like yo make the purchase of the toys you have instead tells me go look at the wall i said no I wanna buy them can I see them and she goes back their to come back to tell me we cant tell the toys separately. I was told on the phone i can now I cant they looked at me like if I was lieing I showed them i called MCDONALD'S IS A JOKE IVE BOUGHT TOYS SEPARATELY AND NOW THIS. MANAGERS NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHERE THE TEAM IS STATIONED. what we just cone to work not knowing where everyone is at who did what, thats poor management thats why you guys are capable holding a real job.

  Went thru drive thru had ordered 2 pancake orders which comes with 3 pancakes and a sausage.their pancakes come in packages of 3. But when I got home they had 2 pancakes in each and no sausage on both and no syrup in bag. I paid 14.40 for this. I called and manager told me is call the main office on fortino Blvd. Didn't even offer me anything. From here on out I will stay parked at the windows and check my bag. Sad part is this has happened to us 4 different times on different orders.

  They over salt the hell out of their fries... I also had a confrontation with one of their staff (who looked like he was in his sixties, which probably helps explain his nasty attitude. I would be mad at that age mopping up at a McDonald's, too 😅). I had my pup with me, and he was drinking some water... Cleanly, I might add. This guy came around the corner, looking all frazzled, mop bucket in tow. "Hey! Take your dog outside!" I don't respond well to being yelled at, particularly when it's for no reason. There was no mess, nothing for him to be upset about. I told him I'm not his kid, and I won't be taking anyone outside, excepting maybe the old man yelling at me... Yeah. Neither of us at our finest moment. I will say, all the other staff have always been very friendly, and they usually offer Orrie (my dog) a pup cup. It wouldn't be a tragedy if that building lost their salt shakers, though. Their fries are pretty close to uneatable.
