  Christ almighty, spent over 30 minutes in the drive thru just now. I thought you guys were freaky fast, not painfully slow. Would’ve been nice if an employee apologized, or tossed me a free soda or something for the wait. Alas, corporate greed and incompetence win the day yet again. Guess it’s Jersey Mike’s from here on out Edit: Just started eating the sandwich, seemingly impossible to screw up, though they somehow managed. Bread is undercooked, soft and falling apart. Tomatoes and lettuce are past their prime, and taste rotten. Can’t imagine a better way to piss $12 down the toilet. Thanks

  Why is it so hard to follow simple instructions I don’t understand every time I come here they get my order wrong when it clearly even says it on my receipt. I’m so sick of this.

  This place is so gross. Everytime I eat here, I get food poisoning or there's hair in my food. I recommend going to the south side location

  Truly disgusting. I ordered a few days ago and received a slimy mess. I got one piece of slimy turkey, some cheese and 4 pieces of bacon for over $10. Complained immediately and was ignored. I even sent in photos of what I received. From now on I’ll pass on this restaurant.
