    What has happened to JJs. Increased the prices of sandwiches, and decreased the quality of quantity of items on sandwich. Bread was day old and hard as a rock. A scraping of avocado for $10 My last time going g to Jimmy John's. Hood luck to you Jimmy. You've become greedy. I will pass it along to others

    I genuinely hate this place. We live on the south side of Pueblo, we are able to order for delivery on the Uber eats app, but whenever we call to do an order through the store, they tell us that we are out of delivery range because of a five minute difference. We also tend to get a mix of answers when we call, Sometimes we get someone who is understanding and willing to go to our house and then other times we get these stiff employees who refuse to budge on the rules. It is unbelievable that they are on available to my address on a third party delivery app and we are not considered out of range for that, but the actual store won’t go a few blocks over for an extra five minutes. Really puts a bad taste in my mouth for the company, no pun intended. When I asked how we could resolve this after dealing with it for six years, we were told to “fill out the survey.” Please, How about you just don’t get my business anymore.

    I went in to this location with 850 points on my rewards expecting to get some chips , I.e. with my order. The say I have no points.. This is the second time they have told me I have not points. what ever, what is the reason for points if you don't honor them? But the real reason I am writing , I ordered the tuna and they took out a big white clear bucket , about a 1/4 full , it was full of water or some kind of murky liquid. there was Some tuna floating around in it. they took a scoop, squeezed all the water out and put it on my bread.. I almost threw up. I will NEVER GO to Jimmy John's again.
