- ASAsh Stoneking1 day ago2.0100yrs of restaurant work make it really hard for me to post a negative review but, wow. These poor kids are getting rocked with only 2 making drink orders from the drive thru, mobile ordering and the walk up window. Meanwhile, green hair girl seems to just be in the way and drive thru dude is just chatting up cars… Not sure if it was shift change or just unbelievably “short staffed” but I’d say steer clear of this spot unless you have AT LEAST 30+ min (and the gas) to wait in line. An adult manager needs to be on-site to help, hate to say it but these kids need hands on deck, not louder music. Shout out to the young guy and young girl who were obviously overwhelmed and doing their best to get through it. Leaving a single star for each of y’all, I hope they get some competent help in the mix soon!!!! See y’all in a year or two, when hopefully things have been smoothed out!

Whoever manages this store needs to do better training their team. Focus on mobile orders and the walk-up window because I saw seven to eight vehicles leave in front of me. 20 minutes is unacceptable for one coffee and a granola bar.

- KCk cDec 23, 20251.0We have been to several different Dutch Brothers in Colorado. It took 1 hour to get our drinks at the walk up order line. There were other people waiting 1 to 2 hours. I highly recommend closing the walk up order line if your under staffed. The team on duty were busting their butts to get the massive amounts of orders out.

Well, when I get there the girl (brown hair, glasses) says ok, I'll get that for you and just barely starts making it.. Then I hands it over all spilling over, sticky and the boba is literally at the TOP! Who puts all that boba at the top without requesting that? Doesn't even apologize for being almost 20 min later than pick up time, making it wrong OR spilling over.. Just hands it to me all non-chalant.. Mistakes are human, but bad customer service is a choice. && yes, this was with a $2 tip on a $7 drink..

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Do you deliver?
While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Gift cards are available at any of our locations, as well as on our website!
Can I just show my ID for a free birthday drink?
Our birthday drinks are now part of the rewards on our app! Download the app to get the free drink- we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
