  Order ahead and still wait 30 mins so I just order while im there stood there for over 30 mins again while I watched 10 people walk up grab their shit and go in secs. Makes no sense to me. No longer worth my time

  I feel like if u order ahead ur drink should be ready when u get there. Bc of this location known habbit of being slow i gave them extra time before I went down there. When I got there 20 minutes later of course my drink wasn't ready and the drink they were making was my exact complaint about this place. They are not mixing the coffee with the flavor before they add the cold part of the drink. So I canceled my order. Its so frustrating that when I work on the ss of town and get coffee over there its fast and the best no matter how many cars are in line. This location needs some serious direction or help.

  Was happy Pueblo added another location but might as well drive 30 minutes to springs by the time anyone comes to take your order! 2 times now I’ve tried to come to this location and have waited 20 minutes plus without even getting my order taken. I guess I’ll stick to the Pueblo Blvd location for now on..

  Im tired of complaining to the store bc they obviously don't care. I drink Dutch bros 7 days a week. Mostly from the ss location bc I work on that side of town. But I guess I'll be driving over there on my days off too. Yesterday the kid made my coffee i pay for extra stuff so I expect that to be in my cup not the pitcher they mix it in. Yesterday the manager was nice. She noticed I was up set addressed it and made me a new coffee. No biggie really but today I tell the person taking my order to put a note in there make sure my coffee if being made right. I have a new baby I don't always have time to have them remake my coffee. So today since I had my baby with me I just grabbed my coffee and drove off. Big mistake. So I guess ill just start driving across town so at least my coffee is drinkable

  I usually enjoy Dutch Bros, but my recent drive-through experiences have been extremely frustrating. On two separate occasions while heading to work, the drive-through line took 30–40 minutes. There was no side exit, so once I was in line, I was completely trapped. Both times I eventually had to leave without a drink because I was going to be late for work. Today was even worse. I stopped earlier to avoid the timing issue and ordered a Lovestruck Iced Rebel. As soon as I received it and set it in my car, the drink exploded, spilling everywhere. It soaked my husband's car upholstery and ruined my brand-new white jacket. I arrived at work covered in sticky pink drink and he had to spend time cleaning the car instead of starting my day calmly. Between the excessive wait times, lack of an exit option, and careless drink handling, this location has become unreliable and stressful. I was genuinely upset by this experience and hope management addresses both efficiency and drink preparation moving forward.
