It is consistently quite busy during the normal daytime hours but if you can get in before the morning rush (around 8-9am) then you should be able to get your coffee quite quickly.

I came through the drive-through yesterday Morning at 5 AM(So I was exhausted& Forgot to check) and they sold me two steamed milks with caramel. I ordered golden Eagles with extra soft foam. They don’t have a number to call and honestly, I work in Cañon city So I was not able to go back up there until today. They did give me a drink and a $10 gift card. I was not able to get my money back so I’m a little frustrated that I was not able to speak to someone and alleviate this when the problem happened yesterday. I understand that they just open, but the atmosphere is also pretty chaotic since they don’t really have a system That works for their busy location.

My order wasn't ready until 25+min after appointment time. Literally got a fresh fried chicken sandwich at a sit down restaurant quicker on Halloween. And the employees couldn't even be bothered to label anything so I drank milk despite my allergy. Try focusing on the job at hand and the other things will clear up.
- DCDenise CarrilloOct 27, 20252.0The lack of consistency by the Broistas is ridiculous. I live in Denver and order some kind of H2O almost everyday not once have I ever had to have them remake it. Since visiting Pueblo I have gone to Dutch Brothers 3 days in a row and each time I've had to have a drink remade I am spending like $25 a day on drinks and the lack of consistency and the amount of flavor that is in their drinks depends on the day and which drinks they choose to mess up I know the Dutch h2o's are not expensive but it should taste like the flavored water I paid for and not tap water. Yesterday ordered a golden eagle twice one tasted like it had chocolate which is not in a golden eagle the other did not taste like it had any coffee in it at all you'll need to really step it up

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?

What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
