  I watch the “broista” feed a pup cup to a slobbery dog through the window for two minutes and then watched her wipe her hand on a napkin and go about continuing to make /handle drinks. Without washing her hands. This probably doesn’t matter some people but it matters to me. I left without ordering because I was grossed out. I won’t be back if that’s the level of health code Dutch bros keeps.

  I go to Dutch at least two or three times a week and I went today and got a gingerbread Chai latte and they gave me a coffee instead I told them and they insisted it was a gingerbread chai so bummed they wouldn't fix it and it was a large . Hope this doesn't happen again.

  The music is generally pretty loud at Dutch bros making conversation nearly impossible. I often wonder if they do that on purpose to rush you out of line. No chit chat, move it. This one seemed to be a bit louder than most at 0600. The Central Oregon locations are similar, some are much quieter for the higher end neighborhoods, and the younger college areas are loud like this one. My drink was made as ordered, overly friendly gal taking orders outside, music at the window so loud I couldn't hear the gal ask if I wanted a straw. We hand gestured and nodded, and I was on my way. Typical DB interaction. At least they are consistent.

  Amazing service rather you go to the pick up window or through Drive- thru! They always have a smile and make you feel like you matter! Good Music and great vibes! Drive- thru can get chaotic so I recommend downloading the app to preorder and pickup at the window...it goes quick and smooth especially for those days you are running late!

  For the first couple of months they were open, things were good. Never any issues with my drinks and employees were friendly and efficient. Lately, I bypass my favorite drinks because of quality issues. First, the music has always been ridiculously loud. Going through the drive-thru is a pain because you can't even hear them talk over the blaring speakers. Some employees seem like they don't understand how it works, often taking multiple orders from one line and skipping the other. If you want to park and walk up, you'll have the same issue with music and there aren't any "porch" lights. Not to mention the "no entry" signs that make it hard to enter or exit the parking lot. I have stood at the window to get my pick up order with no line for several minutes until someone comes over. Several employees will make eye contact, but continue chatting with each other. If they're busy, I understand. But not when there are literally 0 customers in either line. I have stopped ordering coffee here because they never prepare them according to the recipe and it closer to warm than hot. I love the rebel drinks, but end up drinking nearly half during my 10 minute drive home because of how much ice there is. I don't expect "no ice" without paying extra, but I do expect my $8 drink to last past a few gulps. If I choose light ice, there's a 50/50 chance it will be closer to the right amount. This location was very consistent in the beginning. Now, I save my gas and money due to the inconsistencies. The employees are friendly, though.
