    I'm done. I've given this location more chances than I ever should have. The service is terrible. Waited 10 minutes from the time I ordered till I got my food and I was the only one in line. Was accosted by a homeless man twice while in the drive thru. The only thing worth the money is the coffee, but I won't be coming back just for that. The sandwich was barely lukewarm, cheese not melted at all. "Hash browns" are so soaked in garlic that they're inedible, and I love garlic. Had to ask for a straw and napkins. I mean can't even get the bare minimum. Just avoid. This place sucks.

    I've been to many many dunkin donut places. The one in Pueblo is by far the worst service I ever got. The lady that handed my coffee was extremely rude. Coffee was good, however. There's too many places to go to to spend your money to be dealt rudeness.

    After receiving my food I waited at the pickup counter for 5-10 minutes and all I needed was an extra fork. The workers closest to the counter and to the forks would continue to look at me and then ignore me even when I waived at them. I then had to go up to the register and ask for some from the great young lady at the register. Honestly, the only reason that this isn’t a 1 star is because of the young lady at the register. She showed great customer service and if allowed I would’ve only tipped her. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name but if you are reading this keep up the good work I know great things are in your future!
