Received uncooked hard rice in my bowl and literally two pieces of meat.
They did correct this when we went back in. I am very thankful for the respect and quick correction !

A few years ago this chain had to shut down due to cleanliness issue. Chipotle is headed for another disaster. I may have caught them at a bad moment but the issues I saw at this southern colorado store are common in other locations. The staff is friendly enough but no one can wipe or clean a counter, floor, or cooking area. It appeared so unclean I declined to eat with the group I was with. Dirty. Used pans were placed on the same counter the cook used to cook and cut up meats. The cooks gloves were never changed from cooking chicken, beef, or running dirty pans to the back. I observed the same cutting tool used on the beeg and the chicken and never being washed. People handprints and unclean areas throughout tge restaurant. The "thru-put" was good in serving quantity of customers, but a bit of time could be taken to clean serving areas between a designated number of customers. There were no less than 8 people working and no one every swept, cleaned up the dining area, or took care of the general cleaning needed with groups of customers going in and out. Unfortunately I've seen this same thing in other Chipotle stores. It's only a matter of time before another contamination closure will occur.

It was "alright" I guess.
Is it Mexican food?
OH NO! NOT AT ALL but was it decently flavored? Yeah. It was good.
I had really high expectations about this place from others so I may be a bit unfair, it just wasn't what I heard all about.
The servers so wear gloves me
The same ones they would answer the phone with to cleaning up the counters to keeping them to serve the food so what exactly is the point of wearing them???... I guess it looks good to someone not paying attention.
The big question one might inquire...
Will I go back?
That answer is yes.
I'm warming the truck up as I type to go grab a chicken quesadilla. So I must not be completely disappointed.
The beef burrito I got the last time was almost $17 making the prices a bit disappointing though with the small(er) size of it.
