  I ordered my food at 5:30 was told it would be ready by 6:20 and I have been sitting here for over an hour. It is now 7:25 still have not gotten my food and all I was told is “we are working on it”

  Went there and grill wasn't working so nothing fried was available, first soda pops were only soda water and took 20 minutes to get replacements, mild wings were so spicy no one could eat them, and had to get a bus boy to get us take home containers and our check.

  This place is trash! I was told my wings would be ready on 15 minutes and I’m Still waiting, 40 minutes after I arrived. Not sure if they have enough people or even a manager on duty, but this isn’t the first time this has happened. This place should just shut down until they’re properly staffed.

  Our server was amazing, but when our food came out my son‘s fries, and my fries were cold in my son‘s words “ they were freezing “ 😂 The chicken was excellent and so were my fried pickles. I’d go back again, but I’d make sure that the fries were Hot I forgot to mention our Waitress did offer to get us fresh fries. We just didn’t wanna be a bother.

  Would give 0 if I could. Our waitress was frankly nonexistent, she had brown hair with blonde highlights on the ends of her hair and she had a few piercing and tattoos with big glasses. She took a good 10-15 minutes to get our drinks. Then a good 5 minutes to get them to our table and our orders. When our drinks came out we asked for two waters and she only gave us one. The one that came out had no straw and we had to go up to the front counter to ask for the water. We ordered the ultimate sampler and it came out in 15-20 minutes which isn’t a long wait but the boneless wings were dry and cold. The mozzarella were hard and didn’t seem fresh. The only thing that was warm was the onion rings. I tried to gesture her over and she locked eyes with me like 10 times and didn’t come over. When I ordered a takeout order for the three chicken tenders she asked me for a side, implying that it was free but when I got the bill she charged me for the side. Then she forgot our cake so we asked for it to be packed for to-go. Then she came back with our check but with no cake. When she came back with the cake 10 minutes later we noticed that our cake had no ice cream like it said on the menu. We asked her about our ice cream and she said she forgot to mention they didn’t have any. She also didn’t tell us the grill wasn’t working till after we tried to order a burger. By the way, she wasn’t even busy, she would check on her other table every 10 minutes while skipping us. She only had one table and they were already close to done. I’ve been to this location a couple times before and the service has never been this bad. Also the girl from the front who actually got our waters for us even though it wasn’t her job was extremely nice.
