  Wing sauces were wrong asked for sauce on lemon pepper got dry wings lol had a large and regular fry there were about a good 12 fries in one box and missed the other box of fried they were all hard too and the worker daisy just rude lol called to fix my order she hung up twice showed up to the restaurant to pick up the fries I was missing and she gives attitude 😂 if you ain’t friendly DONT work fast food 😂

  Did mobile order online they moved it for the next day, tried calling the store to adjust time no answer had to send my husband down to go see what was going on this was 1 hour before closing he arrives and the chairs are put up restaurant looks closed ended up getting our food fresh. 02/20/26 do another online order for pick up at 8:10pm spent 60$ husband waiting an hour and 40 minutes for our food told not 1 or 2 but 3 people how long he had been waiting finally got food brings it home and everything is cold. Call to complain and the manager did offer refund but did not apologize for the inconvenience said he would refund me and hung up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  Usually I love coming to Buffalo Wild Wings but the service was just horrible today. And it’s been like this….my kids burger came out 30 minutes before my salad…in total it took an hour to get our food(a chicken wrap and chicken salad). We had no silverware or napkins. Anything we needed we had to get up and get their attention and ask for it because our waitress would just disappear. We asked other people….i mean when our whole table has to wave our arms in the air to get someone’s attention in a slow restaurant. Ya that’s a problem.

  Recently left a review for how helpful one of the workers was with getting me a refund, and i’ve still yet received my refund. Ordered December 12th online, order took so long that i requested a refund, and 2 months later… NO REFUND. This location has actually went so down hill and it’s so sad. I tried calling the other day, got a voice message saying they couldn’t answer, called again, and got hung up on. They have no explanation as to why my refund won’t process. Shut this business down if they can’t handle simple… business.

  We ordered to go online. After we paid, then it came up with 1:20 from order time. I called, said we like a refund we didn't want to wait, the mgr said oh no we can have it ready and 30 min. They did not. The order wasn't ready until 130 after order time. They forgot fries, the wings had the incorrect sauce on them and were dry and cold. The order was for 70 wings. We got 4 carrots and 4 celery. They should have just said. I'm sorry we're busy, we'd be glad to refund you. I would have respected that. The mgt here is not good. Food matches.
