  I’ve always thought the service at this location was subpar, but tonight really took the cake. The wings usually take forever to come out, but tonight was a different issue. I come to my local sports bar to watch the Lakers and the ponytailed, bearded bartender couldn’t be bothered to assist me. I asked politely if the Lakers game could be put on the TV. Dude, just looked angry for whatever reason. I sat down and ordered a beer and just waited… nothing. A good 10 minutes went by. The bartender glanced over at me several times and never changed the channel. So I let him know I never touched the beer and I got up and left. Great customer service.

  Our waitress had more interest in her phone than listening to our order. Food arrived quickly for how busy it was, however, it was cold. Fries tasted old, wings were not even luke warm, mozzarella sticks had a hair, water glass had crap floating in it and glass was dirty. Guacamole was watery and tasteless. Absolutely atrocious.

  I tipped a server in cash and he still added a tip on my credit card , talked to the manager said they can’t make a refund until Monday that they would have their general manager call me while I was talking to another manager heard the general manager say in the back ground she didn’t want to talk to me im sure by the time the weekend passes they won’t remember to give me a “ refund “

  The wings were worst than stale beef jerky. Extra hard and dry. ,, it was like chewing on a dried tree limb. The fries were like fried cardboard. They should just take the fries off the menu or switch to a totally different type.. I usually don’t leave reviews but this was probably the worst I have ever experienced with a chicken restaurant.. I promise I will never eat here again,, at least not in Colorado. Maybe when I go back to Jacksonville Florida I will. I fought it though , because we have to many options. The worst!!!!!

  Worst service imaginable. The young blonde with a black bow in her ponytail talked way to much about her personal life and held up our time like you wouldn't believe. Even from the start she talked about her life before asking for our drinks and appetizers. She successfully upsold us on the supreme appetizer plate only to tell us after it wasn't available. Drink order took longer than it should have. We tell her we're ready to order and she said to wait till she served the table seated after us. That same table of 10 was served before our table of 5. We waited an entire hour in a restaurant that smelled like a gym sock only to walk out without eating anything but the coldest chips and queso I've ever had. Trust me when I say this place is a bar, not a restaurant.
