We stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting to order while the male employee working the front counter tonight (2/19/26 7:15PM) wouldn’t stop talking instead of taking care of customers and taking orders. It felt unprofessional and frustrating just standing there being ignored. When we finally placed our order, we clearly asked for only cheese on one fish sandwich. Somehow, that sandwich still ended up with tartar sauce on it. We didn’t realize until we got home, which made it even more frustrating because by that point there was nothing we could do. It’s not that hard to follow a simple modification, especially after such a long wait. Between the excessive talking, the delay, and the incorrect order, this was just a really poor experience. I expect better service and attention to detail.
