The discounts never came off, and the clerk couldn’t explain why and refused to apply the loyalty discounts. This feels misleading at best. Trust matters in a grocery store, and Albertsons missed the mark.

With the Thanksgiving holiday coming up I called early (Monday) to make sure everything is ok and it is a good thing I did. They fill my prescription every month and the girl on the phone stated that they have not filled my prescription since May! I think that they are mixing up patients information. This is a very important prescription that I need to live and I think I need a new pharmacy.
