- ADAnastassia DoktorovaJan 1, 20184.0I liked this place at first and I still think it's mostly great, but last time I went in, the person who helped me seemed like he didn't know what he was doing and hadn't tried any of the wines I was interested in. This is a complete contrast to the last time I went in before this where the person who helped was very knowledgeable about the different flavors and histories of each wine. They have signs outside that encourage people to shop local instead of online, but at least online has reviews from people who have tried the wine whereas in store I got an awkward interaction from someone with zero experience. People go to specialty shops for the expertise, something I think the owners should keep in mind. Other than this one not so great experience, all others have been good, so this is definitely no reason to shop elsewhere. I would ask for someone with more experience if you run into the same issue.
