We have been waiting months to go to this location, one because we'd never been and 2 it's always way to busy for us. We decided to go the other day because there were only 3 cars in the drive through which is a huge improvement. We pulled up and got yelled at to move closer to the car in front of us (even though there was no one behind us), then I asked about lactose free milk and she was so rude and acted like she had no idea what that was. The drinks while good were so so so sweet and had us wanting to make a pot of coffee when we got home cuz we were still so sleepy. We'd never go to Dutch Bros again, but especially not this location.

I wish I would have read the reviews before stopping. Several reviews mention their slow service. I have been to many Dutch Bros, in many towns across Colorado. It's a regular stop for us. So, we decided to swing by and grab drinks before my daughters soccer game. Her game was close by and we had 45 minutes, plenty of time. When we pulled up, there were 9 cars in front of us. The line was moving so slow, with no exit option until we were three cars away from the window. It took them 40 minutes to serve 6 cars! Unfortunately by the time we got close enough to exit, our 45 minutes was up and we had to leave the drinks we paid for to get my daughter to her game... late. We dropped her off for her warm ups, and went back for the drinks we paid for. I went to the walk up window and politely explained that we had to leave after a long wait in the drive through and I was coming back to pick up the drinks we paid for. They gave me such attitude about leaving the line. They kept rolling their eyes and I could hear them talking about me amongst themselves. I understand it is frustrating when somebody leaves the line, especially when you're busy. It isn't something that I would do normally. I would have waited if I could. Like I said, I have been to many Dutch Bros locations and have never waited that long, even with a long line. We won't be going back to that location next time we are in the area.

I fell in love with with cute little coffee stand about 10 years ago when I moved to Colorado Springs. They have a variety of coffee to choose from along with teas, lemonades, smoothies and more! This little place is a walk up or drive thru only. The "broistas" are the friendliest and very welcoming! Coming soon they will have a food menu! So if you need a coffee fix, its a must try!

I am a true fan of Dutchies! The first time I tried Dutch Bros in Colorado Springs, I was instantly hooked. My family and I even made it a ritual to drive to Fountain at least twice a month just to get a drink. We were beyond excited when we heard Dutch Bros was coming to Pueblo—and finding out there would be two locations felt like a dream come true. The Pueblo Blvd location is close to my home, and the Santa Fe location is right by my work. I couldn’t ask for anything better. This location is always busy, but the friendly staff and consistently great drinks make it worth the wait every time. I even wake up extra early just to get my Dutchies fix before work. I give myself 30–40 minutes of extra time so I can arrive on time—or even early—with my Dutchies buddy (my drink) in hand. Yes, I go every morning. I fully admit I’m an addict, and I’m proud of it. To the staff and management: keep up the amazing work. I’ll continue visiting the Dutchies locations in Pueblo as often as I can. MMMMMM Dutchies!
