  I ordered a large blizzard. This is what I got. I ordered ahead to get points on the DQ app giving them plenty of time to make the blizzard. Like did they not double check. Why did they cram a Large Blizzard into these cups and smash it with a drink top? And yes I said two cups--you can see the pics-i went to wipe the spillage & noticed the second cup. I tried to say something as they handed it to me but they walked from my car so quick. It was spilling over the sides when handed to me & I wanted to get out and park my car and go in for a correction but the lines both inside & drive thru were so long & i already had to wait 10 minutes pass my pickup time from the app. I tried to still eat it because i paid about $10 for it but ended up dumping it after 2 bites. The pics are from less than 10 minutes after it was handed to me at Dairy Queen...it shouldn't look like that. Melty spilling blob of chocolate & chunks crammed into a medium drink cup.

  Got asked if I wanted my change back, which was odd to me, and when I responded yes because I was picking up for some else the cashier's attitude changed. She didnt get rude but she made it clear with her tone and facial expressions that she was not happy.

  Sofia at the counter was so sweet and helpful. Usually at fast food restraunts people dont even look you in the eyes. She was so excited to get me my ice cream. I havnt gone to DQ in a decade but ill be back because of her
