  Never again after going back at 8 months when my food was raw then now food was just cold all the way around from bottomless appetizers to the entrees was horrible I will never go back again. Being a sports bar knowing its going to be busy you should know what the night brings and by all meansour waitress was great by the food and the wait was horrible. Why I stay the hell home and eat never again!!!!

  I showed up for my pickup 45 mins after I put in my order. Nothing crazy just 2 15 piece boneless wings. I'm told they don't see it. I understand mistakes happen, but the girl up front just says the order didn't pop up on their kitchen menu and disappears. No apology, no estimated time it will be ready or anything. I wait 30 mins with no clue to when it will be ready, or if they're even making it at all, until I see her again with my order.

  We stopped in from out of town. Personally my wings were great after waiting fifteen minutes for my drink from the bar. My wife said her wrap was not grilled chicken but shredded and gross. My daughter’s friend ordered bone in barbecue and got boneless. Wait for food was more than google average of 30 minutes. More like 50 and it was not even busy. Probably will never stop in again and my business will advise others not to do so if passing through Pueblo.

  I am writing to share my disappointment regarding a recent visit to your restaurant. Upon entering, we noticed a strong sewage-like odor. After waiting at the hostess stand for some time without assistance, we were eventually told by a staff member behind the bar to seat ourselves. Our experience did not improve once we were seated. Our server spoke so quietly we could barely hear her, and after taking our order, she did not check on us again until we requested the bill. Every meal served was incorrect or missing items. Also, the food was cold; my son’s burger and tater tots were cold, my wings were cold, and my husband’s fries appeared to have been sitting under a heat lamp for an extended period. As someone who worked in the service industry, I was surprised that our server never asked about our meal, despite our plates being largely untouched. We rarely go out to eat, and this was meant to be a special night off from cooking. Instead, it was a terrible experience and a waste of money. We are big sports fans and have enjoyed watching games at Buffalo Wild Wings in the past, but following this experience, we do not plan to return.

  Went there last Friday night, my boyfriend and I just ordered appetizers and we waited an hour for it to come out. Once we received the food it was cold. I took a bite into my cheese curds and there was a glob of hair in it. I spit it out immediately and showed our server. He was very kind and took the appetizer off of our bill. Saturday night my sister and brother in law chose to take out for my mother in law. They picked up the food and drove over 15 mins for it. Once they got home they were missing SEVERAL items in the bag. My brother in law called and was asking for a refund, mid phone call the guy hung up on him. He ended up going back to talk in person and the employees avoided him for over 25 mins. We haven’t been here in a long time due to bad service and we decided to give it another chance unfortunately we were let down AGAIN. Hopefully in the future this service gets better but as of right now I highly DO NOT recommend.
