  Went to order lunch for my sister and I. As Im asking the employee to put a good amount of olives on my footlong the manager goes "I know your not putting a handful on there" and continues to lay into the employee about food costs infront of me and several other customers. Clearly making him and us feel uncomfortable. He puts the 6 olives on that she tells him is allowed and he looks uncomfortably at me and asks is that okay? I said something to the manager as I felt it was rude how she was talking to him and rude how she was telling him not to make the sandwich the way I asked. "Our ingredients, Your way" but not with this manager as she stated to me that since she took over they don't do more than 6 olives for a footlong. She was very rude through the whole interaction and honestly lost the sale with how she acted and treated the employee and myself the customer. My sandwich was almost completely made but because she kept going off on the employee about food cost and arguing with me about how I wanted my sandwich made she lost the sale and costed her store even more food waste.

  Ordered online. Was fresh and as ordered. Friendly staff. Will be ordering again soon... Great value thru the app. And codes. Thanks for making it affordable. Hope they continue with the saving codes. Only time we eat out....thanks. employees are great at this location.

  Customers standing in line for 15 min plus just to have online orders take priority over customers actually at the location is the dumbest way to operate. The employee are great but whoever set up this system is not a bright individual.

  Online order both times.... Chunky liquid cheese? (2nd time now) 1st order (over a month ago) Liquid cheese was chunky & Cold(straight from the fridge, cold) warmed pretzel 2nd order (asked for liquid cheese to be warmed up) it was warmed up & chunky!!(Pic of cheese for 2nd order) pretzel hard & ever so slightly warmed. I guess you can't order have both warmed at the same time 🫣🤦‍♀️

  Bread was not fresh.. not enough cheese to pick from..nothing was stocked as far as food.I asked for fresh bread and got 1/2hard.The girl waiting on me needed an attitude adjustment..did not even put the sandwiches in a bag and when I asked for a bag she put the bag on top of the sandwiches. Horrible customer service.will never go back
