(2nd time now) 1st order (over a month ago) Liquid cheese was chunky & Cold(straight from the fridge, cold) warmed pretzel 2nd order (asked for liquid cheese to be warmed up) it was warmed up & chunky!!(Pic of cheese for 2nd order) pretzel hard & ever so slightly warmed. I guess you can't order have both warmed at the same time 🫣🤦♀️

Horrible customer service.will never go back

Both time I waited for a good 20 minutes just to leave with nothing at all because she never comes out. Maybe pay her per order not hour!
