- TATom AlexanderJan 27, 20261.0I came in and the two subway workers were working on ONE sandwich that was a mobile order and the customer came in and they had messed up the order. I waited a few minutes. There was still two people making ONE sandwich. I just said forget it grabbed one of their pre made sandwiches and the lettuce was all dirty and nasty I just threw it away. I’ve been to plenty of subways at a loaf n jug…. This was by far the worst.

As she's placing the pepperoni on the sandwich, what she didn't use she stuffed in her mouth. I told her how gross that was and her response was, "I know, what do you want me to do?" I'll make a complaint and that's when she gave me her name. She didn't even was her hands and change her gloves. She just went an hid in the back. When she came back out she was still wearing the gloves. That is wrong on so many levels.

This is the third time I’ve ordered this exact sandwich. The other two times I went to a different location and they made it right. When bringing it to the attention of this store, they basically said too bad. Horrible experience.
