- MDMitchel DuranFeb 9, 20265.0I couldn't get a super large red velvet. So I was about to rate a 4star. But customer service went above and beyond to joke with me. We came out with a stacked blizzard to try and help my sadness of not getting a larger size. It helped. So, now it's a 5 star!

I've been in the store numerous times and have never received the level of service and overall professionalism from any of your employees. Maybe you should have her train your staff.

It was fresh, it was delicious, it will be ordered again and again. I asked some additional questions at the window when we were picking up and the gentleman was very informative. Highly recommend

Refusing the oreo and Brownie cupfection due to not having brownies. Tired of coming here and over half the menu is refused and staff says they cant do anything management told them too. Additude if you do order anything.
