- SKSerenity Kouns2 days ago1.0This is the absolute worst Dairy Queen and ice cream place I have ever been to. I got a banana split and when it was handed to me it was already melting. By the time I got home it was a puddle and leaking everywhere out of the container. This is an awful establishment and you should really learn professionalism to some degree. Disgusting.

I've been in the store numerous times and have never received the level of service and overall professionalism from any of your employees. Maybe you should have her train your staff.

It was fresh, it was delicious, it will be ordered again and again. I asked some additional questions at the window when we were picking up and the gentleman was very informative. Highly recommend
