  I saw this manager Vanessa screaming at the employees she was saying something crazy like they are replaceable I don't really appreciate the people making my food get and treated so poorly

  Not one to leave a review on a chain restaurant. However, I figured I'd share my dinner experience this evening. Ordered about 40 bucks worth of food for the family and myself. The drive thru was quick, but we ordered some tenders that needed to be dropped fresh. Big win there. We paid in cash, and were asked to standby as the tenders cooked. About two minutes went by and one of the employees came out asking for our card because it showed as declined. We informed her of the cash payment, and she came back about a minute later with the bag. She informed us that "...the guys were playing a joke..." we nodded and confirmed our food was proper and off we went. Got home and noticed the tenders weren't in the bag. Our mistake for not checking the bag. I went back into the store to get the tenders missed and move on. I was greeted by an employee cleaning the bathroom coming back to assist with the tenders. I watched him strip his gloves off, and very briefly run his hands under water. This employee then proceeded through multiple stations in the restaurant performing food prep, fry drops, cash register assists, salad exchanges, and the like. No hand washing in between. No gloves. From the bathroom in a kneeling position this employee was observed touching his pants, the counters, the food, etc. Fortunately, not my tenders. Long story a bit shorter. I've been a plumber for some years. It takes a bit more than average to churn my stomach. I've had Wendy's accounts before. I'm in and out of restaurants and commercial businesses often. There are several places I will never return to. This will, unfortunately, be the first I've added to the list while paying for food rather than collecting after a dirty job complete. I talked with the employee. I told him what I observed. Did not ask for money in return, but will make note in case I turn into a double ended dragon later. Figured those of you that enjoy a frosty every now and again would appreciate the heads up before you choose to venture out to our local joint.

  Never eating this Wendy's again, drive-thru didn't give correct change and for the third time my bun was hard as a rock!

  Apparently the morning shift doesn't know what a cold brew WITH CREAM is, not to mention the cinnabons I got were horribly overbaked, and in the past people have consistently forgot to put entire portions of my order in the bag, I get that not everyone likes their job, that's fine, but stop being incompetent children, this is pathetic.
