  We arrived around 5:40pm, every table was dirty, the doors were sticky, the trash cans were overflowing and the doors of the trash cans were gross. The overall quality of the food was eh- the box and paper the cheeseburgers were in were wet and greasy 🤮… the only thing that was decent were our fountain drinks.

  There's two drive-thru lanes. Let's call them A and B. The logical thing to do would be take orders from A-B-A-B-A-B. Instead they take orders from A-A-A-A-B, constantly skipping one of the lanes. It's extremely frustrating to be waiting there while people in the other lane are having their orders taken while they skip your lane over and over again.

  I spent 30 minutes in the damn drive through and was stuck I’d rather have just left and let them keep my money absolutely awful there’s another one on woodmen that’s better but frankly this one needs to be shut down cause it’s not like they’re doing anything in there clearly

  This new update or re-face of the restaurant is super strange. Our Server Dude was nice, polite, helpful, etc. But the whole ambiance of this new look they have seems unfriendly & un-inviting. No menu boards with yummy foods & beautiful drinks, super quiet dining room. Idk, just seems so odd. Our food was good, fresh & PIPING HOT. We enjoyed our dinner. My fish sandwich was AWESOME!!!

  Its Tuesday the 24th of March at 558pm, the guy taking orders is greeting everyone with "mobile app today?" as though simply saying "will you be using the mobile app today?" Is difficult, additionally he's incredibly immature and not friendly at all, pretending not to hear people and asking them to repeat themselves over and over again, then the girl at the window parked me so she could make my one cheeseburger (literally ONE cheeseburger) because they were "slammed" except for they weren't at all. This place is a joke.
