  Man, not sure what's going on with this Jimmy John's. Usually they are pretty consistent. I have never had stale bread. As others have mentioned its bad... really bad.

  My sandwich was finished and bagged before I could finish looking at the toppings and BEFORE I PAID. I ordered a turkey Tom and the girl made it in 10 seconds. I was about to pay when I asked if that was my food, and the cashier said yes. I didn’t even get a chance to say if I wanted any additional toppings and I wasn’t even asked if I wanted any other toppings. I had to go back inside and ask for cheese to be put on my sandwich. Customer service is not great here. I wanted a cold drink and couldn’t have a cold ice tea because ice machine is down. Oh I also asked if the chips are regular like lays or kettle cooked . The cashier said she DIDN’T KNOW! Unbelievable..

  poor experience. will not be back, unfortunately oven was off due to cleaning so thy could “party” is verbally what i was told. and all i NEEDED was that toasted chicken bacon ranch sub.

  I just ordered about an hour ago and when I ordered, I had ordered for delivery and I have made a comment ring doorbell . Nobody rang my doorbell. My food was sitting outside on the steps. This isn’t the first time that has happened. I would like to be notified when my food arrives so it’s not sitting there.
