My card was accidentally charged for something not associated with my drive-through order the week before. When I noticed, I called and questioned how we could rectify it. He was very amicable and kind and told me to just stop by the store. I came in and was able to speak with a manager quickly. He was very apologetic and accommodating. He refunded the unassociated charge and gave my daughter a free Frosty. It's amazing the treatment you'll get when you handle human error with Grace. This manager and the rest of the team were very professional and kind.
