Ask and you shall receive… I guess…
I ask for extra pickles on my two double cheeseburgers. They came with a 1/2 stack of sliced pickles each. My husband order double cheeseburgers as well they gave us his burgers dripping in grease as if they had poured extra on top of his burgers. They were literally dripping. Also the girl who handed me my food had a sneer on her face like she had done something underhanded when she handed me my food….

So I got shot in the gulf war and I have to order manually up front at the counter because my hands shake badly and it makes ordering on the screens not fun at all. I stand there for 5 mins from 9:06am to 9:11am the manager comes running over to get the order for the doordasher. She looks right at me then goes back to the kitchen. I said can you help me, she ignores me. So I said again louder can you help me, knowing she heard me, she ignores me again. So I leave. The old me would have gone out to the car to get my sledgehammer and smash all the screens in the entire store making sure they don't have to take orders for customers. Thank god for anger management cause I probably would have smashed her hands so she can step in my shoes for a minute. Instead I will never enter a McDonald's ever again period.

I wish I could give this place a double zero.. @ approximately 1025am on 12282025 I realized I can no longer come here. If I ask for 6 big breakfast combos to feed my family, why are we crazy and why did you and the co worker get mad? Crazy work. You asked for a job yet don't want to do it? This is after the last time we received the horrible service. Tried to give it one more shot. Nope done with. Good luck with this place. It's a hit and miss. Depends on who's working....

Service at every McDonald's has gone down hill since 30 year olds have made it their career choice. But this McDonald's in Falcon is the worst. Wrong orders, longest lines. Terribly managed. Just awful. Avoid if you can, I will drive an extra 10 minutes just to avoid this one.
