  poor experience. will not be back, unfortunately oven was off due to cleaning so thy could “party” is verbally what i was told. and all i NEEDED was that toasted chicken bacon ranch sub.

  I just ordered about an hour ago and when I ordered, I had ordered for delivery and I have made a comment ring doorbell . Nobody rang my doorbell. My food was sitting outside on the steps. This isn’t the first time that has happened. I would like to be notified when my food arrives so it’s not sitting there.

  We order from this location a lot. Usually does fine. This time the entire family had rock hard bottoms on their sandwiches. Like could literally knock on it with your fingernail. Very disappointing since the filling would squish out with every bite. We just took the bottoms off and ate them open faced.

  Jimmy John’s manager is great & so are the employees! We had a not so good meal a month ago, I wrote a review & they remade our meals & I appreciate a store that can swallow their pride & make things right!

  Went there 15 minutes before closing and they already had doors locked. Guys in store just looked at us. Watched another car pull up and same thing happened. Really bad customer service.
