- KKkassandra5 days ago1.0I’m extremely disappointed in the behavior of two employees at this location. After being parked in the lot — something we’ve done regularly for months — the employees drove past us, flipped us off, and then verbally insulted us when I asked what the problem was. They accused us of inappropriate behavior with no basis. This was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Customers should not be harassed or insulted by staff. Dutch should definitely put into consideration who they are hiring to represent the face of this franchise.

No not a big deal but it’s already been a long day and don’t need any criticism today. When I corrected it was *upgraded* just more pushback nah, it’s really complicated in a playful but annoyed manner so I just said sorry and left. I’m officially cancelling going to this one as there’s another about a mile away. Ever since they sold out their hires seem to not be the standard extra friendly it started with years ago.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
