  John was the only helpful employee here. They said they didn’t have my order even though I payed and everything. Keep in mind their machines don’t print recipts or anything and they refused to make my order until John stepped in. Keep up the great work John. As for the rest of your team, they gotta get their stuff together.

  Two years ago this place was a mess with poor customer service and long wait lines. The last few times I've been here it's been a good experience. The employees are helpful and the food is good. The only thing that I don't like is the interior of the store is bland and they rely on kiosks. I pay cash and will never use a kiosk so sometimes you have to wait until someone even acknowledges you.

  Used kiosk to order new loaded potato griller to go. After several minutes of waiting I asked for my drink cup when someone did come to the front. Got the griller, about 3/4 of the burrito was just all sauce and very little beef. The 4 or 5 potatos were all on the opposite side in one spot. Didn't eat it all since most bites were just sauce and tortilla.

  It's a Taco Bell - they don't hire PhDs. But, for a Taco Bell, this one gets our order right a solide 90% of the time and always makes it right if they do make an error. This is as good as it gets for Taco Bell!

  He read our order back like their trainec to and had a great mood which is a vibe. I hate going to some fast food joint and the person on the opposite side of the mic hates their life. However when did Taco Bell get so expensive!? Service was fast and food was good. I used to manage a store so I know what to look for and these employees didn't disappoint. Thanks for doing your jobs correctly. Something that seems rat n er hard these day's.
